  • Fresh-squeezed orange juice (1-2 teaspoons per cube)
  • Pomegranate juice (1 teaspoon per cube)
  • Filtered water (4-5 teaspoons per cube)
  • Silicon ice cube trays (1+ 1/4″ square) – available at Sur La Table

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill cubes with 2-3 teaspoons of filtered water. FREEZE.
  2. Fill cubes with 1-2 teaspoons of orange juice. FREEZE until very firm.
  3. Fill cubes with 1 teaspoon pomegranate juice. FREEZE until firm.
  4. Top each cube with water. FREEZE. The pomegranate will bleed upwards, casting a blush pink hue!
