- Fresh-squeezed orange juice (1-2 teaspoons per cube)
- Pomegranate juice (1 teaspoon per cube)
- Filtered water (4-5 teaspoons per cube)
- Silicon ice cube trays (1+ 1/4″ square) – available at Sur La Table
DIRECTIONS:
- Fill cubes with 2-3 teaspoons of filtered water. FREEZE.
- Fill cubes with 1-2 teaspoons of orange juice. FREEZE until very firm.
- Fill cubes with 1 teaspoon pomegranate juice. FREEZE until firm.
- Top each cube with water. FREEZE. The pomegranate will bleed upwards, casting a blush pink hue!
